PreambleAbout these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AutoLink LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("AutoLink", "we", "us", "our"). They apply when you use our website at autolink.media, our client panels, or any of our services. "You" means the person or company using them.

By creating an account, topping up your wallet or placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you sign a separate service agreement with us, that agreement applies too. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

01 — ServicesOur services

AutoLink provides three services:

• Ad Accounts — whitelisted agency ad accounts on Meta, Google, TikTok and Taboola that you rent from us, run your own campaigns in, and manage from your client panel.
• Copywriting — ad scripts and VSL scripts written by our copywriters from the product information you give us.
• Video Editing — ad edits and VSL edits made by our editors from the script you send; we source the footage, voiceover and music.

The flow is the same for every service: you top up a prepaid wallet, place an order, review the work, request revisions, approve it and launch it. You pay per order. There is no subscription.

02 — AccountEligibility and your account

Our services are for businesses and professionals, not consumers. To use them you must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and if you act for a company, you must be authorized to bind it.

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Before we activate an account or provide ad accounts, we may ask for company details and verification. We may decline or stop working with anyone at our discretion, including where we cannot verify who you are or where the law or a platform's rules do not allow it.

You are responsible for everything done under your login. Keep your credentials safe, give team access only to people you trust, and tell us right away at info@autolink.media if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

03 — Ad accountsAd accounts

Ad accounts are provided by AutoLink and our partners and are not transferred to you. You get the right to run your own campaigns in them for as long as we provide them to you. You may not resell, sublet or transfer an ad account to anyone else without our written permission.

Ad accounts run on the platforms' own systems and policies. You fund them from your wallet through the panel. Keeping enough balance in an account is your responsibility. If an account runs out of funds, its campaigns may pause.

04 — Wallet & paymentWallet, top-ups and payment methods

Every service is paid from your prepaid wallet. You add funds by:

• Bank transfer — Wire, SEPA or SWIFT.
• Crypto — USDT or USDC.

Funds appear in your wallet once we have received and confirmed them. For crypto, send only to the address and network shown in your panel, and give us the transaction details we ask for. Funds sent to a wrong address or network may not be recoverable. Fees charged by your bank or the blockchain network are yours to pay.

Your wallet is a prepaid balance for our services only. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.

05 — Pricing & ordersPricing and orders

Prices are quoted per order. You see the price before you confirm, and it is deducted from your wallet when you place the order. Fees for ad account services are set in your service agreement or shown in your panel before you confirm a top-up.

We may change our prices for future orders. A confirmed order keeps the price you accepted.

06 — RefundsRefunds

• Unspent wallet balance — refundable. Ask us at any time at info@autolink.media or through your panel. We may verify the request and the receiving account before we pay it out. Transfer fees charged by banks or blockchain networks may be deducted from the refund.
• Unspent ad account balance — is returned to your wallet first and can then be refunded. How long this takes depends on the platform.
• Delivered and approved work — scripts and edits you have approved are not refundable.
• Ad spend — money already spent with an advertising platform is not refundable.

07 — RevisionsReviews and revisions

We deliver every script and edit for your review. You can request changes before you approve. Each order includes the revision rounds stated when you place it. A revision is a change within the original order and brief. New angles, new hooks or CTAs, new footage or extra variations are a new order.

Work is final once you approve it in the panel or confirm in writing that it is final.

08 — OwnershipOwnership of the work

You own what you pay for. Once a script or edit is approved and fully paid, all rights in it pass to you. AutoLink keeps no right to reuse, resell or publish it. We may keep internal copies for our records, billing and support.

Your materials stay yours. Product information, footage, voiceovers, logos and other materials you send remain yours. You let us use them only to deliver your orders.

Third-party assets. If an edit includes licensed third-party material, such as stock footage, music or fonts, that material stays under its own license. We will tell you if a license limits how you can use it.

Our platform. Our website, panels, software and brand belong to AutoLink. You may use them only to receive our services. Do not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them.

09 — ConfidentialityConfidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. That includes your products, offers, scripts, footage, results, ad accounts and account data. We use it only to deliver your services.

We never share client information, except:

• with service providers who need it to deliver the service you ordered (for example, the advertising platforms and partners through which ad accounts are provided, and our hosting and software providers), who must keep it confidential; or
• when we are required to by law, regulation or a valid order from a court or authority.

10 — Your responsibilitiesYour responsibilities

• Follow the advertising policies of every platform you advertise on, and all laws that apply to your ads, products and offers.
• You are responsible for your own ads, claims, products, offers, landing pages and targeting, including any copy you approve for publication.
• Only send us materials you have the right to use, and do not ask us to create content that is unlawful, infringing or deceptive. We may refuse such orders.
• Do not use our services for fraud, prohibited products, or to get around a platform's enforcement.

If a claim is made against AutoLink because of your ads, products, materials or a breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

11 — Platform riskPlatform risk and no guarantees

We work hard on quality, but we do not guarantee any advertising result, including reach, approval rates, costs, conversions, revenue or profit.

12 — LiabilityLimitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows:

• AutoLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or losses caused by an advertising platform's decisions.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid AutoLink for the service the claim relates to in the three months before the claim. That amount excludes ad spend passed on to advertising platforms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13 — TerminationTermination

You can stop using our services and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, give us false information, misuse an ad account, or if the law or a platform requires it.

When an account closes, we refund your unspent wallet balance under section 06, after settling any amounts you owe us. Orders already approved and paid stay yours.

14 — Governing lawGoverning law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.

15 — ChangesChanges to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and tell active clients by email about material changes. Changes do not affect orders you have already confirmed. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
